Celtic Light was born out of the idea of wanting help people cope and feel better in their lives. I wanted to promote healing for others. Feeling at ease and in tune comes with energy alignment and finding the calm within yourself.

My goal is to help facilitate natural body healing through reflexology, reiki & Indian Head massage.

I have been trained through the the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC) and I am registered & insured.
